The impacts of winter snow and summer monsoon rains on forest water stress across the southwestern United States: A story of the past and future.
Dr. Jia Hu, Associate Professor and Associate Director in the School of Natural Resources and Environment at University of Arizona and Affiliate Faculty at the Laboratory of Tree Ring Research. She is also the Host Institution Director for the Southwest Climate Adaptation Science Center at University of Arizona.
The Desert Laboratory on Tumamoc Hill hosts a series of lectures focused on topics that relate to the science, ecology, history, and culture of the Sonoran Desert. All talks are open to the public.
