Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Placement Area

Sustainability Operations 
The Sustainability Operations Rookie will support creation and implementation of processes to govern, optimize and elevate UA’s Sustainability initiatives.  This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: -MBA (Graduate Level), Environmental Science and Industrial Engineering. 

Environmental Sustainability
The Environmental Sustainability Rookie will support the creation and management of programs to reduce UA’s impact on the environment leaving our home field better than what we found it.  This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Impact (studies, impact, reporting), Environmental studies, Economics, Climate/science etc., International Studies including development, Product design and manufacturing, operations, Engineering, Data reporting and analysis, giveback and philanthropic work. 

Students interested in this Environmental internship should also apply through the Environmental Defense Fund. They significantly facilitate the recruitment process for us. If you do not, the team will consider you as an alternate candidate.

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2024 - July 2025).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Workplace Location

  • Baltimore, MD headquarters office. 
  • Relocation provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule.
