Edward Glenn's research interests include environmental biology, saline agriculture, marine agronomy, algae, and aquatic plants. He is conducting research on the minimal area required for complete sustainable diet, as well as reviewing the use of seawater-irrigated halophytes or seaweeds to remove carbon from atmosphere and sequester it in coastal desert soils.
