Terrain.org jobs and internships

Opportunity Type:
Other
Location of Opportunity:
Both On and Off Campus
Host Department/Organization:

Terrain.org: A Journal of the Built + Natural Environments

Opportunity Description:

Terrain.org, an international online, nonprofit literary journal of place publishing since 1998, hosts interns to assist with magazine production, marketing, events, and writing.

We work with the intern to create a custom plan for her or his time with Terrain.org. Interns meet with the editor-in-chief but otherwise work at their own location, on a schedule that meets
their needs (but complies with academic internship requirements, as applicable). Because Terrain.org is a small, all-volunteer organization, interns can play a big role in the success of the journal, gaining real expertise in marketing, website development (via WordPress), events management, and writing about place.
