Price has been studying the political economy of the Progressive Era, the New Deal, and World War II over the past two decades. He is currently performing research on the long range impact of weather and climate shocks on American agriculture between 1865 and 2007 using county level data. The project still is in the data compilation stage but we expect to start analyzing the data within the next year.
