Cooperation Along the Colorado River

The climate is changing, and so is water flow in the Colorado River, says Jonathan Overpeck of the UA's Institute of the Environment. The Colorado River Basin is home to nearly 40 million people in the U.S. and Mexico, including some of the region’s largest cities.
