Experiments Underestimate Climate Change Impacts to Plants

Most field experiments may dramatically underestimate how plants will respond to climate change in the future, according to data from a major new archive of historical observations assembled and analyzed with the help of researchers Theresa Crimmins and Julio Betancourt and the UA-based USA-National Phenology Network.
